Title: change of tool while duplicate action not possible

WinFIG 4.0b1: When I try to change the tool while duplicating some object, the action is not interrupted (like pressing the right mouse button). Instead the new tool is chosen, but the duplicated object is still fixed to the mouse. Some automatic interrupt action would be handy.
