Title: Perpendicular and tangent lines

Hi all,

It would be great if WinFIG can also create perpendicular and tangent lines to circles, ovals, polylines, shapes, etc. I used this feature in XFig, but I haven't found it in WinFIG yet. It would be great if this tool can be included in WnFIG, such that I do not have to switch to XFig everytime I need to use it.
