Cannot Export to PDF or Bitmap

I've tried what was suggested in some other forum posts and I still have trouble.  Everything used to work fine with WinFIG 3, but I upgraded my windows to windows 7 and upgraded my WinFIG to 4 and now I have problems.

I've installed GS 8.64 (64 bit).  I can export to PS and latex without issue.  However, when I try PDF or any of the bitmap files, I get an empty file -- as seems to be the issue the other users are having.  Do I need to do something special with my GS install or change something in WinFIG to make this work?  Thanks for your help.

I'm having the same problem.  I'm using WinFIG 4.4 and GhostScript 8.64 (both 32 bit), and fig2dev.exe is in the same folder as WinFIG. If I export to a PNG file and save it in the folder that contains WinFIG and fig2dev, it works correctly.  But if I try to save the exported file anywhere else, I get an empty file. Help!!
